I bought a gift card for someone at work today for $20. I noticed on the receipt the gift card balance and it says $19.75. I asked the cashier why the balance was not twenty dollars? The cashier said that she did not know why it does that and did not know where my quarter went. I paid $20 but only got $19.75 on my gift card....
whats up with that???
