Now that I live so close to 4 of nieces and nephews (ONE MILE!!!) I bought a bike to get to and from their house (and for exercise). I love getting off of work early (which means before dark!) because on those days I go get my 8 year old niece Natalie and we bike all over! Its fun and great exercise. Its hard work though because I did not realize this part of town was so "hilly"!
Here is my bike. I knew exactly what I was looking for and it took me 2 months to find! :o) But I am very happy with it!!! I bought this zipper packet that is on the back of the bike under my seat- you can see in picture. I am not sure how I feel about it yet but it holds my cellphone and keys. I am looking for a basket for the bike now.
This afternoon I went on a bike ride with Natalie and we biked over two miles! I had not timed it from her house to mine on the bike and decided to today. I did not rush because I was tired from the 2 miles we biked, but I dropped her back at her house and headed to mine and it took me 9 minutes. I bet in a month or so when I am not casually riding I can do it 5 min!

So glad you got a new bike! So glad we live in the same neighborhood. It really is fun to bike ride here! You just gotta love all the towering oaks and swaying moss. The hills do create some hard work, but just think of the work out you get! Whoo! Love you!
