Tonight I watched 3 of my nieces and nephews while my brother and sister in law went to a party. Since I live so close to the water now (YEAH!) we all walked down to it before the sun set. You can't see Joseph because he is in the water and as you can see Natalie is headed down the stairs into the water. Claire stayed dry with me and Trooper. I love this picture because he is so much bigger than her but she is not afraid of him. It always makes me laugh to think certain people are afraid of him when I see how gentle he is with my nieces and nephews, but at the same time I am glad and want strangers (and prospective burglars) to be afraid of him.
Speaking of Claire, she is the sweetest little girl. Since I live close to them now I rode my bike over to their house and ate dinner with my sister in law, see sweet baby Noah and spend time with Natalie, Joseph and Claire. We were all at the table talking about something and I said, "yeah, go me" or something and Claire- who has the sweetest softest voice- says, "go (my name) its your birthday, not really but go anyway". My sister in law and I about fell out of the chair laughing. She is so cute!
my mom and dad came over and spent some time with us tonight and my mom braided Claire's hair. It looked so cute!
and she loved it!!!!!
