Garage Sale Deals

Yesterday was another great day for garage sales! I have already delivered a lot of the items I bought, but took some pictures tonight of things I have not given away yet.

What I do not have anymore: I got natalie 3 shirts-2 short sleeve and one cute longsleeve one with cats, 2 jackets and a pair of jeans. I also got Claire a puzzle and then found her an outfit for 25 cents!!!! such a cute outfit too! maybe I can get her mom to get a picture of her in it!

The best purchase of the day was for my mom. On Friday night I was talking on the phone with mom and told her how she needs to be on the lookout for a gazelle(workout machine). She has knee problems so bikes and ellipticals are not good for her but I was told that my mom could use a gazelle and it would not hurt her knees. Saturday morning I picked up my sister and the FIRST garage sale we went to there was a GAZELLE!! the lady was selling it for $40 but told us to make an offer. I was going to say 30 but my sister said to say 25. I hate trying to "deal" so my sister goes $25?? and she said YES! so we got it for my mom for $25!

Here are some of the other items I bought:

these I got for two dollars!!!! They look brand new and they are a size nine, so I have to figure out which nephew can wear a size nine this fall.

this is for Ansley. I thought it was a cute top .50 cents!!

this costume I got for two dollars. If one my 2 yr old nieces can not fit into it this halloween, my friend wants it for her daughter.

this dress was one dollar. Its so pretty and perfect for summer. not sure who this is going to yet.

this CUTE shirt was .50 and I bought for Ansley.

this jeans were 1.00 and are a size 6. I am thinking these are for William-maybe he can wear them this fall. They look brand new. The lady who I bought them from said she bought them and her son wore them three times.  

this peacoat jacket is from GAP and it was one dollar! I am thinking for Claire or Olivia this fall-not sure who will fit into it. 

 

this dress my mom bought for one dollar. Its a size five, but is cute! I have a little girl on my caseload from work that I may give this to.

this makes me so excited!!! I had SOOO many of these books growing up and I am crossing my fingers that they are still in the attic at my parents house but I think they are gone, so I have officially started rebuilding my collection. 13 books for five bucks!

I also bought me two glass jars, a water bottle from victorias secret, and a clinique bag. Jessica and I went to a garage sale that had a lot of designer clothes and she got tons of stuff for 7 dollars.

Definitely a good day for yard sales!!!
