Goodbye Couch....

Today I sold my very first couch/loveseat combo that I bought. I love these couches. When I went out looking for couches they were exactly what I wanted and what I was picturing in my head. They were SO comfortable.

I decided to sell them because I am moving into a different townhome soon and while the townhome is more square feet the living area does not seem as big (to me) as my current one. I thought that it might seem cluttered with a couch, loveseat (and a pew if you can see it in the back).

As I listed them for sale on a local site I am talking to a friend and tell her what I am doing. She was like, I WANT THEM. I asked if she was sure because she had not seen them or sat on them. She said she knew she would like them because she likes my taste. (that made me feel good!)

Before I officially decided to sale my current ones, I had been looking online for me a couch and most of the stuff you find on the website is junky/old/ gross looking. BUT there are some pearls here and there. Well...yesterday, I found a pearl!!!!

I could not believe it when I saw this couch. My sister in law saw it too and we called each other about it and she even came with me to see it! I fell in love it and told the lady I wanted it.

So this morning (at 7am!!!!) I left my house, went and got my dads truck, picked up my friend, went to get my new couch, took it my place, loaded up my old ones and helped her unload them at her place.

That sounds quick but it took us 3 hours! :o)

Don't get me wrong I LOVE my new couch and am so excited to see it set up in my new place....but as I loaded up my old couches and helped my friend unload I said (a few times) how great they were, how much she will love them and how I am glad they are going to a friend...LOL!
